Wear and change aligners as prescribed
Use the wear schedule in your individual treatment plan. Do not move to the next aligner early unless your treating team tells you to.
Simple daily care protects the appliance, supports oral health and helps your treating team assess fit accurately.

Drink plain cool water while wearing aligners. Remove them for meals and other drinks, then brush or rinse before reinserting them.
Rinse after removal and gently brush with a soft toothbrush. Use only a cleaner recommended for clear dental appliances. Hot water can distort the material.
Keep aligners in a ventilated case when they are out of your mouth. Keep the current and previous set until your treating team confirms they are no longer needed.
Submit progress photos or other requested information on schedule. Good lighting and clear images help your treating team review fit and tracking.
Seek advice for a cracked or lost aligner, unexpected pain, poor fit, gum problems or a tray that no longer seats correctly. Urgent dental concerns require prompt local dental care.
