Clear information before approval
If treatment is suitable, you receive the available plan information, prescribed wear schedule, price, important limitations and expected next steps before approving production.
Understand what SmileWide commits to, what depends on clinical suitability and what you need to do during treatment.
These commitments should be read with the product description, treatment instructions and Returns & Refunds policy.
If treatment is suitable, you receive the available plan information, prescribed wear schedule, price, important limitations and expected next steps before approving production.
Returned impressions must pass a quality review. Custom aligners are made for the approved treatment plan and checked before dispatch.
SmileWide provides guidance for impressions, aligner fit, care and remote progress check-ins. Contact the team promptly if an aligner does not fit as expected or you experience unexpected pain.
If a supplied aligner has a confirmed manufacturing defect, SmileWide will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Damage, loss, misuse, poor wear compliance or changes outside the approved plan may not qualify.
This guarantee does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer law.
No responsible clear-aligner provider can guarantee a specific clinical result or treatment duration. Outcomes depend on suitability, biology, oral health, prescribed wear and attendance to required monitoring.
Contact hello@smilewide.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.
