Is the scan-centre fee included in the Plus plan price?

Yes. The digital scan at your selected participating centre is included in the SmileWide Plus plan price. A standalone scan booked without a Plus plan is paid separately.

Does booking a scan guarantee treatment?

No. Treatment is subject to review of your records, clinical suitability and approval.

Can I use an impression kit instead?

Yes. Choose a SmileWide plan, which includes the at-home impression kit.
